When will my order ship?

All pre-orders will ship between June 9 and June 23.

That gives us time to complete production, run final quality checks, and ensure each sensor is securely packaged and ready for your grow space.

You’ll get a confirmation email immediately after you order, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. 

As soon as your sensor is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link straight to your inbox.

When will I be charged?

Payment will be taken at the time of pre-order.

This locks in your unit from the limited first batch and allows us to plan production and logistics with the accuracy and care our early customers deserve. 

Your order confirmation will arrive straight away, followed by timely updates as we move through the final stages.

A quick note on import duties

If you're ordering from outside the UK, including Europe, the US, or anywhere else, please note that import duties or local taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are typically collected by your local courier service and are not included in the pre order price. 

If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office so you know what to expect.
